Carly Sear

Carly is a PhD student in the Environmental and Water Resources Engineering Program at Virginia Tech. She graduated with honors from Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She is interested in contamination patterns in well water and their health effects across the country, but with a specific focus on Central Appalachian communities. Outside of the lab, Carly enjoys running, crafty projects, cooking, and wandering around farmer’s markets. [co-advised with Dr. Landon Marston]
